K-MIRACLE, Olim Sign MOU to Support Foreign Students and Workers

SEOUL, South Korea, March 26, 2026K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd., led by CEO Hwang Keumvit, and Olim Administrative Law Office, headed by Representative Choi Uiran, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at strengthening support systems for international students, foreign workers, and global talent residing in South Korea.

The agreement, signed on March 26, 2026, establishes a strategic partnership designed to help foreign residents achieve stable settlement, enhance their capabilities, and expand pathways to education, employment, and long-term integration in Korea. The collaboration also seeks to contribute to the development of a sustainable global talent ecosystem aligned with the country’s evolving workforce and demographic needs.

Under the terms of the MOU, the two organizations will cooperate in several key areas, including:

  • Educational support programs for international students and foreign workers
  • Training related to immigration law and assistance with visa status changes
  • Information sharing on overseas recruitment of international students and workers
  • Joint development of customized education and support programs tailored to foreign residents
  • Additional collaborative initiatives based on mutual agreement

K-MIRACLE will contribute its experience in ESG-based global talent development and the operation of educational platforms, with a focus on vocational training, workforce readiness, and job placement opportunities for foreign nationals. Olim Administrative Law Office will provide specialized expertise in immigration administration, residency matters, and legal procedures, delivering practical support related to entry, stay, and visa compliance.

Through this partnership, the two institutions plan to build an integrated support model that spans the full journey of foreign talent in Korea—from education and settlement to employment and long-term growth. The initiative is expected to serve as a scalable framework for promoting sustainable talent circulation and strengthening Korea’s international competitiveness in attracting and retaining global human resources.

“This agreement will help create a more stable foundation for international talent to settle and grow within Korean society,” said Hwang Keumvit, CEO of K-MIRACLE, and Choi Uiran, Representative of Olim Administrative Law Office, in a joint statement. “By combining education and administrative expertise, we aim to establish a practical support model that not only benefits foreign students and workers, but also advances broader ESG values through inclusive and sustainable global talent development.”

Industry observers note that the agreement reflects a growing emphasis in South Korea on structured support for foreign residents, particularly in the areas of education, labor mobility, and legal integration. As the country continues to diversify its talent pipeline, partnerships that bridge private-sector education providers and administrative specialists are increasingly seen as essential to ensuring both individual success and long-term socioeconomic impact.

K-MIRACLE and Olim Administrative Law Office said they expect the partnership to expand in scope over time, with future initiatives potentially including tailored training programs, institutional collaborations, and international recruitment support mechanisms that align with Korea’s broader global talent strategy.
