The academy covered a range of employment and entrepreneurship preparation topics, including:
- Government-supported employment and startup support programs
- Holland interest and aptitude assessment
- Resume and personal statement writing
- Interview training
In addition to the training sessions, participants will continue to receive follow-up support, including resume and cover letter editing, to help connect the program to real employment or startup opportunities.

- Expanding specialized self-sufficiency programs for different participant groups

- Programs that support participants in self-reliance, employment, and entrepreneurship
Program Feedback
Jang Minjeong, the program coordinator who requested the training, shared positive feedback on the academy.
She noted that many employment or entrepreneurship programs often end with general advice such as “there is information available, so please look into it,” which can make the training feel overly formal and less effective in practice.
She highlighted that Hwang Keumvit’s lecture provided clear direction and practical guidance, helping young participants better understand how to move forward in their career journey.
She also shared that:
- One participant was successfully selected for a government-supported employment program after the training
- Other participants will continue to receive ongoing consulting and follow-up support aimed at helping them progress toward employment or entrepreneurship
According to the coordinator, this practical and results-oriented approach made the program especially meaningful and effective.
Upcoming Program
The “Youth Tomorrow Savings Account Job Skills-Up Academy – Class 2” for Seoul participants is scheduled to be held soon and applications are available through the Seoul Metropolitan Self-Sufficiency Center.
