SEOUL, South Korea — K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd. announced that its CEO, Hwang Geumvit, has been appointed to key leadership roles within FLML (Forest Love & Mountain Love), an international NGO holding Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
Hwang currently serves as Director of the Planning Headquarters and has also assumed a senior leadership position within the Cultural and Arts Special Committee, reinforcing the organization’s global ESG and sustainability initiatives.
Strategic Leadership Appointments
Hwang was first appointed as Director of Planning Headquarters in October 2024. Following the formation of the Cultural and Arts Special Committee in December 2025, Hwang took on an expanded role as General Director, overseeing strategic planning and execution across international cooperation projects.
These appointments position Hwang at the forefront of FLML’s global initiatives, focusing on cross-sector collaboration in sustainability, education, and cultural development.

About UN ECOSOC and NGO Special Consultative Status
The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations, responsible for coordinating international policy across economic, social, environmental, cultural, and human rights sectors.
NGOs granted Special Consultative Status by ECOSOC are recognized for their expertise and global credibility. This designation enables participation in UN conferences and forums, submission of policy recommendations and reports, and active engagement in shaping international agendas through collaboration with governments and civil society.
FLML’s Global ESG Mission
FLML (Forest Love & Mountain Love) is a global “Green Humanity” NGO dedicated to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Its initiatives are guided by the “5Ps” framework: Planet, People, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnership.
Since receiving ECOSOC Special Consultative Status in July 2021, FLML has led international efforts across environmental protection, education, culture, human rights, and sustainable development.
Expanding Local Impact to Global Scale
Through his leadership roles, Hwang will oversee the planning and execution of international ESG initiatives that integrate culture, education, and environmental sustainability.
Building on K-MIRACLE’s established track record in supporting youth, women, and underserved communities, Hwang aims to expand these efforts globally. Planned initiatives include programs supporting international students and migrant workers in achieving self-reliance and community integration, as well as fostering environmentally conscious talent and social impact enterprises.
The company also plans to collaborate with public institutions, NGOs, and private-sector partners worldwide to implement scalable, impact-driven projects.
Executive Commentary
“Serving in a leadership role within an ECOSOC-accredited NGO is not simply a title—it represents a responsibility to connect real-world experience with global action,” said Hwang Keumvit(Hera), CEO of K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd. “We are committed to building practical frameworks that enable the values of education, culture, and self-reliance to extend beyond borders.”
